Information handled

Monteio Workspace processes account details, client workspace information, messages, content calendars, files, reports, strategies, invoices, payment references and activity records that users choose to add.

How information is used

Information is used to operate the platform, deliver client-management features, secure accounts, send requested notifications, support users and maintain business records.

Access and separation

Workspace Owners and their authorised team members can access only their own Workspace and clients. Clients can access only their assigned client portal. Monteio Super Admin has platform-level access for support, security, subscription administration and legal compliance.

Storage and external links

Uploaded files are stored on Monteio Workspace hosting. Google Drive and other external links remain governed by the external provider’s policies.

Retention and deletion

Records are retained while an account is active and as reasonably required for support, security, invoicing and legal obligations. Account deletion requests may be submitted through the account-deletion page.
