Purpose

Monteio Workspace provides client-management, communication, content, reporting, strategy, invoicing and record-keeping tools for digital professionals and their clients.

Account responsibility

Users must protect login details, provide accurate information and use the platform lawfully. Workspace Owners are responsible for the client and team accounts they create.

Subscriptions

Workspace Owner access is subject to the subscription terms shown in the platform. Monteio Workspace may suspend access when payment is overdue or where the service is misused.

Files and content

Users retain responsibility for content and files they upload or link. Users must have permission to share that material and must not upload unlawful, malicious or infringing content.

Availability

Reasonable efforts are made to keep the service available and secure. Planned maintenance, hosting limitations or events outside reasonable control may affect availability.
